overall the stay wasn't bad but there are too much negatives that I think it can be solved
beach was clean, swimming pool was fair enough and the staff was very friendly and there were entertainment shows every night
Negative: there were too much insects in the resort and the food was bad (there is no variety and quality is poor), rooms were too old

Pleasant
The manager and hotel staff were very friendly and went out if there way to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the outside excursions. And everyone was very Friendly. I really enjoyed the soup!
Negative: The food was ok but it was very local oriented. They didn't offer alot of options and there was not much international choices. The outside bars and beach bars were always out of food or cups or drinks. I waited 2 hours one day for french fries. Overall for the price it was very good. But the food and food service could do with a lot of work. It was hard for my daughter to find something to eat. I had to supplement with snacks from the inside store.
